   Welcome to February!!           

 We are starting off the month with Catholic School's Week!! We are excited to be a part of the week providing lunch to our Community visitors and all the kid's choice lunches.  The race for first place was close so ....why not have all of our favorites in one week!wink  

  In January we introduced a few new menu items...February will bring a few more with the start of Lent taking place.  We are still looking for suggestions and would love to hear from your student...just drop off a note in the Cafe.  

  The Cafe will be doing our part to help raise money during a Night In Green...look for the items to bid on...you will not want to miss them!

  Due to the weather during the next few months, we may need to adjust our menu.  You will receive notification via school speak if adjustments are made.  Thank you in advance for understanding.

    Things to know:

Please put your student's first and last name on all lunch money!!!

This continues to be an issue!  We want to make sure the right student is getting credit for their payment.

**A La Carte items will be offered during lunch on a first come first serve basis for 4-8th.   The item offered is based on inventory we have in stock.  A student can use their lunch account, but must have a positive balance of at least $1.50. 

  • We are offering a mini salad bar A La Carte at least two times a week.  Students can choose three toppings and dressing for $1.50.  They will come through the lunch line after our main course is served.  They must have a positive balance of at least $1.50 to purchase this item.  So far it has been very successful!

*Doubles will still be available and can be purchased for a $1.50.  The student must indicate this with a double check mark or x2 next to their name on the roster, which is located in the classroom.  This is only for students in grades 5th- 8th.

 *We do not give change or split the money for other activities at school.  If you send in $20.00, that amount will be put in your student's account.  We will split money for sibilings as designated.

  We are encouraging all of you to sign up for myschoolaccount.com for this school year.  You can still send in payments, preferably on Monday for that week. Set up the balance alert to remind you of your student’s balance.  There will not be phone calls or letters sent home to remind you to deposit money.  This tool is free and a great way to track activity in the account.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at 614-866-6050 x228 or email at klaret@cdeducation.org
