St. Pius X Kindergarten Program
The Kindergarten program is a structured program that emphasizes academics while developing social skills. The program follows the Diocesan Graded Course of Study which includes State Standards. The students participate in weekly classes of: Music, Physical Education, Spanish, Library Story Time and Art.
Before entering Kindergarten, there is a readiness screening in the spring of each year. Parents should contact the school office in early January to receive a registration packet. Once parents register their child, a screening appointment will be scheduled. The results of the readiness screening are mailed to parents during spring break.
St. Pius X Kindergarten is an all day - every day program. Classes are held from 8:00am until 2:20pm. The students wear the official school uniform.
