A Panther Education: Teaching the "Whole" Child A Panther Education means educating the "whole" child.

A well-rounded education feeds and nourishes a student’s mind, body and spirit. It provides each child with the possibility of reaching his or her God-given, authentic potential. St. Pius X strives for the highest level of educational excellence by providing a well-rounded curriculum which includes religion, academics, the arts, and physical education, as well as moral and social development necessary for each child’s long-term success and fulfillment.

Nourishing a Growth Mindset St. Pius X embraces a growth mindset when educating its students.

Dr. Carol S. Dweck, the Lewis and Eaton Professor of Psychology at Stanford University, following her intensive clinical research in the field of motivation, personality, and social development, coined the terms growth mindset and fixed mindset to help describe a person's attitude toward learning and the intellect. St. Pius X School has embraced the growth mindset with their 2017-2018 theme, Be the Best Version of You.

Testimonials Testimonials

Since 1960, St. Pius X School has built a tradition of excellence in Catholic education. The strongest endorsement that our school can make to prospective parents when they consider a Catholic education for their child are the testimonies of satisfied former and current families. We thank our parents and guardians for generously sharing their experience with us for your consideration.

Open House: Explore Catholic Education Open House January 30 2018 6:30-8:00 PM

"Catholic education is a balanced one. It nourishes body, mind, and spirit, all the while taking advantage of the many gifts God gives us." - Darren Smith, Principal, St. Pius X School

St. Pius X School will host its 7th Annual Open House at 1061 Waggoner Road, Reynoldsburg, on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, from 6:30-8:00 PM. This event is an opportunity for members of the school's surrounding communities to explore the value of a Catholic education and to experience a sampling of the many great things that happen there each day. St. Pius X Children's Center, our preschool and Pre-K building, will be open on the same night and time, so you can visit their classrooms, meet its friendly directors and faculty, and participate in fun activities.

Principal's Corner: TYNKER™ is Serious Learning Principal's Corner: TYNKER™ is Serious Learning

St. Pius X School is committed to equipping its students with 21st-century skills and problem-solving capabilities, and our strong technology program is a hallmark of that commitment. With special thanks to St. Pius X Home and School Association for providing the necessary funds, this school year we've implemented Tynker™, an online resource with a fun interface that teaches children how to code and program.
