Welcome to our new school year!! We can't wait to see everyone and get cookin!! We know there is alot of information at the start of the school year. Let us help you and set your student up for success. The last thing anyone should be stressed about is LUNCH!! We will have index cards for k-5th and all new students to learn their four digit pin and we will help the "big kids" if they forget. The POS system will be used for everything, so it is important that they learn their number to keep the lunch line moving...when they get to us they are starving!!
Please make sure you set up the alerts in myschoolacoount.com to monitor lunch balances...it will make your life easier. I am the LUNCHLADY and I use it for my own children!
Lunch money must be in your student's account for pizza day and for all field trips!! If you do not have the four digit pin to set up myschoolaccount.com you can contact me(kindergarten will receive this at orientation). Please make sure you are using the balance alert for myschoolaccount.com. You can make online payments or send them in on Mondays. On line payments take 24 hours to post to the account.
We will continue to follow the brown bag lunch policy. If your student's account is negative, a brown bag lunch of cereal, fruit and milk will be provided for $1.50. Pizza day, all students must have a positive balance to pay for lunch or a brown bag lunch will be provided. If we check names and the student did not sign -up in their classroom for lunch a brown bag lunch will be provided.
Doubles - th-8th can purchase a double entree by marking two check marks on the classroom sign up sheet for an additional $1.50. We will continue to offer a la cart items as we begin to have extra inventory. These items will also be a $1.50.
SNACK CART: We will no longer be accepting cash at the snack cart. Students will use the POS system and their four digit pin code. Please make sure you have the free alerts set up on your students account.
We will also be offering a variety of snacks and novelty ice cream products from Velvet Ice Cream. These will make a great addition to a packed or purchased lunch.
Please be advised these products may contain nuts or be processed in a factory containing nuts or other allergens. We will continue to serve nut free lunches.
Any questions or concerns please contact Kim Laret at, email@example.com or 614-866-6050 x228.
As always we can use a few more volunteers!! If you are PGC and BCI approved we would love your help!! 10:30-12:45 and you can eat lunch with your student.
Happy New School Year,
Kim Laret, Don Robinson, and Lisa Kline
